FDCC to Host Iowa Open - 7/1/2007
FDCC has been given the opportunity to host this year’s Iowa Open sponsored by First American Bank. The dates are August 30, 31 and September 1. Cory Braunschweig is the 2006 defending champion. Last year Glen Oaks hosted this event.
On Wednesday, August 29 there will be a Pro Am. There will be 20 golf professionals and 80 amateurs. The format is 1 Pro/4 Amateurs, 2 net best balls of 5. Each amateur will receive 100%
of a verifiable handicap.
Entry includes: golf cart, lunch, FAB gift, range balls, hors d’oeuvres following golf, and gift certificates for winning teams. Entry is $125 per person. You may sign up your own foursome. Each person must have a verifiable handicap.
